Since seeing it’s debut in 2018 as the “#MerryNextmas” suprise, PLOTIT has come a long way.
It began life as a way to learn to develop for Layer 2 handling and drawing but quickly outgrew this to become an app in its own right.

Features quickly grew but develop took a break while other core needs of the Next took some time. We’re now taking a break from features to modernise the core of the app to be more compatible, and take advantage of the new features that have been added since 2018.
We expect that version, 0.8, somewhere after Kickstart 2 for the Spectrum Next also shipping – this includes many new features like a fully featured undo system, previews while zoomed and palette management.
